 اب 33 فیصد نمبر والا پاس نہیں ہوگا، تعلیمی اداروں کے لیے پالیسی تبدیل،  طلبہ اور والدین کے لئے اہم ترین خبر

پاکستان میں تعلیمی اداروں کے لئے نئی تعلیمی پالیسی کا اعلان کیا گیا ہے اور نئی پالیسی کے تحت پاسنگ مارکس کی شرح 33 فیصد سے بڑھا کر 40 فیصد کردی گئی ہے۔

تفصیلات کچھ یوں ہیں کہ مورخہ 4  مارچ 2021   وفاقی نظام تعلیم نے اسلام آباد کے تعلیمی اداوں میں پڑھنے والے تمام  طالب علموں کے لئے تعلیمی پالیسی میں کچھ اہم  تبدیلیاں کیں ہیں ، جس کے تحت  اب پاسنگ مارکس کی شرح 33 فیصد سے بڑھا کر 40 فیصد کردی گئی ہے، اس کے علاوہ مزید یہ  بھی نئی پالیسی میں شامل کیا گیا کہ تمام طالب علموں  کے پاس ہونے کے لئے ضروری ہے کہ اس کی حاضری کی شرح بھی 75 فیصد لازمی ہونی چاہئے۔

کیا امتحانات سمارٹ سلیبس کے مطابق نہیں ہوں گے ؟؟؟؟؟

تعلیمی پالیسی میں جو تبدیلیاں کی گئیں ہیں ان میں یہ بھی شامل ہے کہ 2 سے زیادہ مضامین میں فیل یا ناکام ہونے والے طالب علم کو مکمل فیل تصور کیا جائے گا، اس نئی پالیسی کا اطلاق 2021 کے امتحانات پر بھی ہوگا، اس حوالے سے نوٹیفیکیشن بھی جاری کردیا گیا ہے۔ مگر یہ یاد رہے کہ یہ پالیسی ابھی تک وفاقی تعلیمی اداروں کے لئے ہے، پنجاب کے اداروں نے ابھی تک اس کا اعلان نہیں کیا ، جبکہ پنجاب کے تعلیمی اداروں میں بھی ایسی پالیسی زیر غور ہے۔

2021 میں میٹرک اور انٹر کے امتحانات کب ہوں گے؟؟؟؟؟

مزید یہ اس پالیسی کے مطابق پہلی اور دوسری کلاس کے تمام طلبہ کو اگلے گریڈ میں منتقل کردیا گیا ہے

علامہ اقبال اوپن یونیورسٹی نے بھی اپنے تمام طلبہ کے پاسنگ مارکس بڑھا کر%50  کردیے ہیں،  یونیورسٹی کے امتحانات میں اب پاس ہونے کے لئے 50  فیصد نمبر ضروری ہیں۔

امتحانات سمارٹ سلیبس کے مطابق نہیں ہونگے، بلکہ کچھ سوالات سمارٹ سلیبس سے باہر سے بھی دئیے جائیں گے

تفصیلات کے مطابق اس سال 2021 میں کرونا کے پیش نظر  پنجاب کے تمام بورڈز کی طر ف سے سمارٹ سلیبس متعارف کروایا گیا تھا اور اس کے مطابق تمام طلبہ کو تیاری کرنے کا کہا گیا تھا، مگر اب جب کے امتحانات میں صرف  کچھ ماہ باقی رہ گئے ہیں تو ایک نئی خبر بھی مل رہی ہے کہ اب امتحان سمارٹ سلیبس کے علاوہ بھی ہوگا۔ 

ایک اطلاع کے مطابق لاہور بورڈ نے ان سوالات کے متعلق گائیڈ لائین ویب سائیٹ پر جاری کرنے کا عندیہ دیا  تھا  ، اور اب تک انگلش کے پیپر کا نیا طریقہ کا بتا دیا گیا ہے اور اس کا ماڈل بھی دے دیا گیا ہے ،

میٹرک کے امتحانات 4 مئی ، جبکہ انٹرمیڈیٹ کے امتحانات 12 جون سے شروع ہونگے، پنجاب بورڈ کمیٹی آف چئیرمین نے باقاعدہ اعلان جاری کردیا، جبکہ ان امتحانات کا رزلٹ میٹرک 31 اگست جبکہ انٹر کا رزلٹ 30 ستمبر کو متوقع ہوگا۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق پنجاب بورڈ کمیٹی آف چئیرمین کے مطابق تمام بورڈز کے زیر اہتمام میٹرک کے سالانہ امتحانات 5 مئی سے شروع کردئیے جائیں گے، اور میٹرک کے یہ امتحانات 30دن میں لیےجائیں گے اور میٹرک کے امتحانات کا اعلان 31 اگست کو ہوگا

دوسری طرف انٹر میڈیٹ کے سالانہ امتحانات 12 جون سے شروع ہوجائیں گے ، یہ امتحانات بھی تیس روز میں لیا جائے گا، اور انٹر کے امتحانات کا اعلان 30 ستمبر کو کیا جائے گا

پچھلے سال کے برعکس ، وفاقی اور صوبائی حکومتوں نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ طلباء کو بغیر امتحان کے ترقی نہیں دی جائے گی۔

انٹرنیشنل ادارہ کیو ایس رینکنگ جو کہ بہترین یونیورسٹی کی رینکنگ کرتا ہے، اس نے دنیا کی اہم یونیورسٹیوں کی درجہ بندی کی نئی فہرست جاری کر دی، سال 2020 اور 21 کے لیے دنیا کی بہترین ایک ہزار یونیورسٹیوں کی فہرست میں لاہور کی بھی چار یونیورسٹیز شامل ہو گئیں۔

برطانوی ادارے کیو ایس جو کہ بہترین یونیورسٹیوں کی رینکنگ کا کام کرتا ہے اس ادارے نے یونیورسٹیوں کی نئی درجہ بندی برائے سال 2021 جاری کردی ہے۔ اور اس رپورٹ میں عالمی درجہ بندی میں پاکستان کی 3 یونیورسٹیاں دنیا کی بہترین 500 یونیورسٹیوں میں شامل ہیں۔ جبکہ شہر لاہور سے چار یونیورسٹیز دنیا کی پہلی ایک ہزار بہترین یونیورسٹیوں میں شامل ہو گئی ہیں۔

لاہور یونیورسٹی آف مینجمنٹ سائنسز جو کہ رینکنگ میں 651 ویں نمبر پرآئی

کامسیٹس یونیورسٹی، یو ای ٹی اورپنجاب یونیورسٹی 801 نمبر پر رینک کی گئیں ہیں۔

پاکستان میں ان میں سے سب سے پہلے نمبر پر نیشنل یونیورسٹی آف سائنسز اینڈ ٹیکنالوجی

پاکستان انسٹیوٹ آف انجینئرنگ اینڈ اپلائیڈ سائنسز اسلام آباد جبکہ قائد اعظم یونیورسٹی تیسرے نمبر پر ہے۔

  • یونیورسٹی آف شکاگو نویں نمبر پر
  • یو سی ایل 10ویں نمبر پر شمار کی گئیں

کیو ایس درجہ بندی کرنے والے ادارے نے اپنی رپورٹ میں لکھا کہ اس سال کی درجہ بندی پوری دنیا کیلئے ایک مشکل وقت پر شروع کی گئی ہے جبکہ کووڈ-19 بھی اثر انداز ہے،

تاہم یہ بات خوش آئیندہ ہے کہ ہمارے پاکستان اور شہر لاہور کی اہم ہونیورسٹیاں اب عالمی سطع پر نمایا ہورہی ہیں
